Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes an agreement ("Terms of Service") between you and HEXADRIVE Inc.. ("us", "we" and "our") that governs the relationship between you and us in your use of VOIDCRISIS ("this Product"). We provide access to this Product and related services on the basis that you comply with this Terms of Service. Therefore, it is important that you read and understand this Terms of Service carefully. The terms and conditions of this Terms of Service are in addition to and supplemental to the end-user license agreement found athttps://store.steampowered.com/app/1817560/VOIDCRISIS/which governs the use of all software we distribute.
Please carefully consider the contents of the end-user license agreement in accordance with this Terms of Service.

Changes to This Terms of Service

In addition to this Terms of Service, we may notify customers of separate terms of use, precautions, guidelines, etc. ("Individual Terms") as necessary through postings on the official website operated by us ("our website") or by other means. The Individual Terms constitute a part of this Terms of Service, and if the contents of the Individual Terms differ from the contents of this Terms of Service, the contents of the Individual Terms shall take precedence over this Terms of Service.

We may change or revise this Terms of Service and the Individual Terms at any time as necessary, and if any changes are made to this Terms of Service, we will notify you of the changes at least 30 days in advance. Principle of Self-Responsibility

You shall use this Product at your own risk, and if you cause any damage to others or us during use of this Product, you shall compensate for such damage at your own responsibility and expense.

Trademark and Copyright Information

All rights to this Product or any content and materials made available through this Product (including, without limitation, our logo, any and all designs, text, graphics, photographs, information, data, software, sound files, and other files, as well as any selection or arrangement thereof) are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Compliance

e.Use this Product to create, upload or post material that is intentionally false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, demeaning, vile, obscene, profane, objectionable, harassing, sexual, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, or in violation of law.
f.Post, upload or create copyrighted material using this Product.
g.Post, upload, or transmit any information or software that modifies or tampers with this Product, or that contains viruses, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses or other harmful, destructive or malicious components, in any manner.
h.Unauthorized use or use of unauthorized robots, spiders or other programs in connection with this Product.
i.Impersonate another individual or organization in connection with the use of this Product.
j.Other acts that we or a third party that provides the system used by this Product deem inappropriate.

If you engage in any of the acts prohibited in this section, we or a third party that provides the system used by this Product may, at our/its discretion, issue a warning to you, delete recorded data, or temporarily or permanently suspend the use of this Product.

Limited License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use this Product. Said license is subject to this Terms of Service and, where applicable, the end-user license agreement for the software at https://store.steampowered.com/app/1817560/VOIDCRISIS/. In particular, the following actions are prohibited:

a.Commercial use of this Product or any portion thereof in internet cafes, computer game centers, including but not limited to other location-based sites.
b.Unless expressly permitted by us, use or allowing use of this Product on more than one computer, game console, mobile device or handheld device at the same time.
c.Selling, renting, leasing, licensing, distributing, or otherwise assigning this Product or a copy thereof.
d.Reverse engineering all or part of this Product, extracting source code, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, copying, or creating derivatives thereof.
e.Removing, invalidating, or circumventing the security protection, copyright notices, trademark notices, or other rights attribution claims, or labels contained in or within this Product.
f.Exporting or re-exporting this Product or its reproductions or adaptations in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
g.Creating data or executable programs that imitate the data or functions contained in this Product.

Any use of any part of this Product without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted, is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the license granted by this Terms of Service. Such unauthorized use may also violate copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and laws. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, nothing in this Terms of Service shall be construed as conferring by estoppel, implication or otherwise any license to intellectual property rights.

In-Game Currency and Virtual Items

This Product, including the software, entitles you to a limited license to use in-game currency and/or virtual items only within the applicable software and services offered by us through the use of this Product. Agreeing with others to bet money or other valuables on in-game currency and/or virtual items is strictly prohibited. Such licenses are governed by the end-user license agreement, this Terms of Service and any other applicable policies or agreements, and are specifically conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with them. All in-game currency and/or virtual items in the game will be consumed or lost by you in the course of game play in accordance with the various game rules applicable to currency and items.

You may be able to earn in-game currency by carrying out certain activities or achievements in this Product. For example, we may offer in-game currency or virtual items as you complete in-game activities such as leveling up or completing missions. Acquired in-game currency and/or virtual items will be added to your user account.

　When you log in to your user account, you can see the in-game currency and virtual items you have. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make all calculations regarding the available in-game currencies and virtual items present in your user account. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine the amount and manner in which in-game currency is transferred to and from your user account in connection with the purchase of virtual items or for any other purpose. While we will endeavor to make such calculations on a consistent and reasonable basis, you acknowledge and agree that our calculations regarding available in-game currency and virtual items in your user account are final unless you provide documentation to us alleging that such calculations were intentionally made inaccurately.

Exclusion of Warranty

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Arbitration

Termination and Suspension

If your contract is terminated, your right to use this Product will expire immediately. If you wish to terminate your contract with us, please discontinue use of this Product.
We may terminate the provision of the product or service with at least 30 days advance notice via the website or immediately without notice and for any reason whatsoever for reasons reasonably beyond our control.
All provisions of this Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.

Miscellaneous Rules

If any provision of this Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder of this Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect. This Terms of Service and the privacy policy and license agreement found at https://hexadrive.jp/privacy-en/ constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and all prior written or oral agreements between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof are expressly revoked.
Failure or delay by us in enforcing any right or authority under this Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver thereof or of any other right or authority.

Supplementary Provisions

This Terms of Service shall be enforced at the same time as the release of this Product.
This Terms of Service may be modified from time to time.
The latest information will be posted on our website from time to time for your reference.
